- 07Completion PaymentThe remaining 50% payment is completed.

Commission Scope
- Prices start from the package rates listed on the site.
- Custom requests may be subject to additional fees.

Payment Terms
- A down payment is required before work begins.
- Work will start after payment confirmation.

Revisions
- Each package includes a limited number of revisions.
- Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges.

Timeline & Workflow
- Production time depends on the scope and current queue.
- Estimated timeline will be provided after details are confirmed.

Client Responsibilities
- Please provide accurate references and clear requests.
- Late responses may cause delays in the schedule.

Copyright & Usage
- All listed services include commercial-use rights.
- Full copyright transfer requires separate discussion and agreement.
- Please credit Rui / @Arunorudo_Rui when using or showcasing the model.

Cancellation & Refunds
- Refund requests must be discussed first.
- Before production, up to 80% may be refunded depending on the booking duration.
- No refunds after production begins.

Delivery Files
- Files will be delivered after the final payment is received.
- Formats include .vrm, .fbx, textures, and rigging files.

Post-Delivery Support
- Support is provided for minor fixes or adjustments.
- Support period is limited to 14 days after delivery.
